Guidelines for 22-23 School Year
Each class has a daily snack break in the morning. Please provide your child with a healthy snack. Some restrictions may apply if your child is in an allergy classroom; speak with your child’s teacher or the nurse for further information. Please see the attached letter for the 2022-2023 Allergy Aware Classroom List. Allergy AwareClassroom 22-23
As always, we encourage a “no food sharing” policy. Students who have food allergy concerns will sit at the head of the table. Students who have peanuts, treenuts or other allergic foods for lunch will be asked to sit at the opposite end of the table.
Birthdays will be celebrated in school but NO SNACKS will be permitted.
Special Classroom Celebrations:
Class parents will provide snacks and or lunch on School Celebration Days. Snacks will be provided for Halloween and Valentines Day. Lunch (pizza) and snacks will be provided for the Holiday Party (12/23/22) and End of Year Party (6/21/23). Fourth Grade students will have a special Moving Up Celebration (TBA). Class parents can follow the attached guidelines for snack purchases. All celebration snacks must be approved by the nurse prior to purchase. Celebration Guidelines CRS-LLE
