I am very fortunate to have joined the Demarest School District. This will be my twelfth year teaching Grade 2 at Luther Lee Emerson. Prior to teaching, I worked in corporate America. I am looking forward to a fantastic year ahead. I am married and have two children. I have a son, Christopher, who graduated in May 2015 from the University of Delaware and is currently a Financial Advisor at JP Morgan in NYC, and a daughter, Julie, who graduated in May 2022 from The College of New Jersey and is currently teaching 5th grade in Park Ridge, NJ. I enjoy spending time with family and friends, reading, jogging, and skiing. I have a Masters in Reading from Montclair State University and I am a certified Reading Specialist. I have currently finished my Masters plus 60 credits through Loyola University and The College of New Jersey.
