I am excited to begin another school year in the Demarest school district! I will be case managing as well as facilitating social skills groups, counseling as well as implmenting yoga at County Road School, Luther Lee Emerson School and Demarest Middle School this school year.

In 2010, I graduated from Quinnipiac University where I received my B.A. in Psychology and Spanish. I continued my education at Rutger's University where I received my Master's degree in Social Work. During my graduate work, I was given the rewarding experience of mentoring and motivating students at the preschool, elementary, middle school, and high school level. As a social work intern, I worked collaboratively with parents, teachers and other professionals. Through social skills groups, as well as individual and group counseling, I was able to not only work with students, but more importantly inspire them to embrace their individuality and strengths. In the course of my training, I developed my understanding and passion for school social work.

I look forward to another great school year! Please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions or concerns.
