WHAT CAN I DO TO STAY HEALTHY IN THESE TROUBLING TIMES?
PREVENTION IS KEY:
PRACTICE GOOD HYGEINE: stop shaking hands, disinfect doorknobs and high touch surfaces, open windows to increase ventilation, wash your hands frequently for at least 20 seconds, avoid touching your face, cover coughs and sneezes.
AVOID CROWDS: practice social distancing--at least 6 feet apart when in public, stay home when possible, limit shopping trips, if you are sick stay home and away from family members in your home
