If you are applying to a private school....
1. Please hand in transcript requests a minimum of 1 week prior to due date.
2. Supply addressed stamped envelopes.
3. Give all teacher recommendation forms directly to the teachers.
4. Provide me with a "Brag Sheet" of extra curricular activities or accomplishments.
