Homework is given out Monday through Thursday.

Please check your child's folder each day for
    homework and notices.

It is important to develop good work habits. Make homework time an important part of the day and encourage good, careful, neat work.  Set aside a special time and quiet place to do homework.  Stress to your child the importance of responsibility in remembering their work each day.  Remember-homework is your child's responsibility.  Too much help on a parent's part may defeat it's purpose, but some assistance and supervision is necessary.  Please keep me informed via email at  duby@nvnet.org if there are any problems or concerns with your child's assignment.
(Developing good work habits will help foster independence.)
Please remember to use pencil and  always encourage your child
to color his/her homework using crayons.  Coloring helps make fine-motor muscles stronger.
